Job Overview

Esteem Motors is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executive to promote and sell PM SURYA Ghar: Muft Bijli Yojana rooftop solar solutions. The role is target-driven and ideal for candidates who are passionate about renewable energy, field sales, and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Promote PM SURYA Ghar rooftop solar projects to residential and commercial customers
  
  

• Generate leads through field visits, referrals, and local outreach
  
  

• Explain solar system benefits, government subsidies, and savings to customers
  
  

• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
  
  

• Coordinate with the technical team for site surveys and installations
  
  

• Maintain customer records, follow-ups, and documentation
  
  

• Represent Esteem Motors professionally in the market
  
  

• Stay updated on government solar policies and schemes
  
  

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum 10+2 / Graduate (preferred)
  
  

• Experience in sales, field marketing, or solar/real estate/insurance sales is an advantage
  
  

• Strong communication and convincing skills
  
  

• Ability to work independently and meet targets
  
  

• Basic knowledge of smartphones, WhatsApp, and data entry
  
  

• Local area knowledge of Jammu & Kashmir preferred
  
  

Salary & Incentives

• Fixed Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹30,000 per month (based on experience)
