Job Overview

Esteem Motors is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executive to promote and sell rooftop solar solutions under the Government of India’s PM Surya Ghar: Muft Bijli Yojana.

This is a target-driven field sales role ideal for individuals passionate about renewable energy, customer engagement, and earning attractive performance-based incentives.
 

Key Responsibilities

• Promote PM SURYA Ghar rooftop solar projects to residential and commercial customers

• Generate leads through field visits, referrals, and local outreach

• Explain solar system benefits, government subsidies, and electricity savings to customers

• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets

• Coordinate with the technical team for site surveys and installations

• Maintain customer records, follow-ups, and required documentation

• Represent Esteem Motors professionally in the market

• Stay updated on government solar policies and subsidy schemes
   

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum 10+2 qualification (Graduate preferred)

• Experience in sales, field marketing, solar, real estate, or insurance sales is an advantage

• Strong communication and convincing skills

• Ability to work independently and meet sales targets

• Basic knowledge of smartphones, WhatsApp, and data entry

• Local area knowledge of Jammu & Kashmir preferred\
   

Salary & Incentives

• Fixed Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹30,000 per month (based on experience)
